Grapevine, Texas — April 28, 2010— Lee & Associates has completed a 15,750 square foot industrial lease at 720 Industrial Blvd, Suite 500, Grapevine, TX. 

Conrad Madsen and Jeremy Kelly represented the tenant, Avant Aerospace, Inc.  The landlord, A&B Properties, Inc., was represented by Michael Spain with Bradford Companies.
