Grapevine, Texas — May 5, 2010— Lee & Associates recently completed a 13,671 square foot office lease renewal and expansion at 1701 W. Northwest Hwy., Grapevine, TX. 

Mark Graybill and Donnie Rohde represented the Tenant, Technical Transportation, Inc.  The Landlord, Navika Capital Group, LLC, negotiated the transaction in-house.
