Carrollton, Texas — August 1, 2010— Lee & Associates has completed a 52,468 square foot industrial lease at 1701 Vantage Drive, Suite 100.
Ken Wesson and Adam Graham represented the Landlord, Cobalt Capital Partners. The Tenant, PAC, was represented by Forshey Hoobler with Jones Lang LaSalle.
