Grapevine, Texas — August 1, 2010— Lee & Associates has completed a 16,000 square foot industrial lease at 805 Port America Plaza, Suite 200.
Donnie Rohde and Mark Graybill represented the Tenant, Tiger Logistics. The Landlord, AMB Property Corporation was represented by Gil Stoube with Lincoln Property Company.
