Dallas, Texas — October 11, 2010 — Lee & Associates has completed a 39,655 square foot industrial lease at 14271-14289 Welch Road, Dallas Texas. Greg Nelson with DFW Lee & Associates represented the Tenant, Lee Furniture, in the transaction. Scott Moore with Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the Landlord, TA Associates Realty.
