Plano, Texas — December 20, 2010 — Lee & Associates has completed a 5,600 square foot industrial lease at 1501 Summit Avenue, Plano, Texas. Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs represented the buyer, Lien Tai Crafts. John Sorg represented the Landlord, Prologis.
