Arlington, Texas — May 10, 2011 — Lee & Associates has completed a 60,690 square foot industrial lease with EMI Industries at 1110 Eden Road, Arlington, Texas. Donnie Rohde and Mark Graybill represented the Landlord, Eden Road Investments. Matt Thompson with Colliers represented the Tenant.
