Irving, Texas — June 30, 2011 — Lee & Associates has completed a 68,230 square foot industrial building sale at 3011 S Skyway Circle, Irving, Texas. Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs represented the Seller, GNL Properties. Conrad Madsen represented the Buyer, Homemax Imports.
