Dallas, Texas — September 5, 2012 — Lee & Associates has completed a 13,440 square foot industrial lease at 10990 Petal Street, Suite 200, Dallas, Texas.  Ken Wesson and Brett Lewis represented the Landlord.  The Tenant, Ferguson Fire & Fabrication, was represented by Gary Lindsey of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
