Irving, Texas — September 14, 2012 — Lee & Associates has completed a 56,112 square foot industrial purchase at 9150 W. Royal Lane, Irving, Texas.  Nathan Denton represented the Buyer, J & S Audio & Visual.  The Seller was First Industrial.
