Irving, Texas — September 18, 2012 — Lee & Associates has completed a 30,472 square foot industrial purchase at 1414 Walnut Hill Lane, Irving, Texas.  Nathan Denton represented the Seller, VER.  The Buyer, MGA Research Corporation, was represented by Jean Russo with Cushman & Wakefield.
