Irving, Texas — October 1, 2012 — Lee & Associates has completed a 27,270 square foot industrial lease at 300-320 N Britain Road, Irving, Texas.  Mark Graybill represented the Tenant, Shelter Distribution.  The Landlord was represented by David Easterling of CB Richard Ellis.
