Grand Prairie, Texas — January 28, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 12,375 square foot industrial lease at 602-630 E Avenue K, Grand Prairie, Texas.  Matthew Smith and Mark Graybill represented the Tenant, PowerWeld, Inc. The Landlord, Cabot Properties, was represented by Matthew Dornak and Cannon Green of Stream Realty.
