Saginaw, Texas — February 26, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 18,683 square foot industrial lease at 800 Burlington Road, Saginaw, Texas.  Becky Thompson represented the Landlord, Burltex Partners, in the transaction with the Tenant, Fast Fabricators.
