Grand Prairie, Texas — March 8, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 18,000 square foot industrial lease at 1405-1409 Avenue H, Grand Prairie, Texas.  Mark Graybill, Matt Smith and Tom Walrich represented the Landlord, GPT Warehouse.  The Tenant, Collision Central of Arlington, was represented by Stephen Cooper of NAI Robert Lynn.
