Dallas, Texas — March 13, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 5,031 square foot office lease at 14901 Quorum Drive, Dallas, Texas.  Nathan Denton and William Blake represented the Tenant, AFS Technologies.  The Landlord, Carr America, was represented by Ryan Evanich of Stream Realty Partners.
