Carrollton, Texas — April 15, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 19,389 square foot industrial lease at 1213 Trend Drive, Carrollton, Texas.  Nathan Denton represented the Tenant, Eway Auto Group, LLC.  The Landlord, MP Acquiport Industrial, LLC, was represented by Jerod Hangartner of TIG real Estate Services.
