Carrollton,
Texas — August 20, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 10,900 square foot industrial
lease at 2510 Camp Avenue, Carrollton, Texas.  Nathan Denton represented the Landlord,
JMP Securities.  Moore Mathews
with KW Commercial represented the Tenant, Tumble Progression.
