Dallas,
Texas — June 20, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 76,220 square foot industrial
lease at 2007 Royal Lane, Dallas, Texas withTire and Tube Supply of Texas, LLC.  Ken Wesson, Adam Graham and
Scott Alexander represented the Landlord, Cabot Properties.  Charles Kidd with Kidd Company represented the
Tenant.
