Garland,
Texas — August 6, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 53,635 square foot industrial
lease at 2525 Shiloh Road, Garland, Texas with Packaging Corporation of America.  Ken Wesson, Adam Graham and
Scott Alexander represented the Landlord, Cobalt Capital.  Stuart Smith with UGL Equis
Corporation represented the Tenant.
