Mound, Texas — August 22, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 46,200 square foot industrial
lease at 8627 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas.  Tom Walrich and Reed Parker represented
the Tenant, Stag-Parkway, Inc. The Landlord, Atlas, CP, was
represented by Charlie Hargas with Endura.
