Dallas,
Texas — October 8, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed an 81,255 square foot industrial
lease at 2677 Northaven Road, Dallas, Texas.  Nathan Denton represented the Landlord,
GTI Management Company.  The Tenant, Logistics Plus, was represented by Tim Vogds with CB Richard Ellis.
