Texas — October 1, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 10,000 square foot industrial
lease at 1808 E Division Street, Arlington, Texas.  Mark Graybill represented the Landlord,
Stadium Division Properties.  Jim Kelly of Champions DFW Commercial Realtyrepresented the Tenant, ATC
Freightliner.
