Texas — October 16, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 121,064 square foot industrial
lease at 7542 Morris Court, Allentown, Texas.  Reed Parker and Tom Walrich represented the Tenant,
KGP Telecommunications in this
transaction with the Landlord, Prologis.
