Texas — October 24, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 60,812 square foot industrial
lease at 841 N Great Southwest Parkway, Arlington, Texas.  Nathan Denton with Lee &
Associates represented the Tenant, Masco Corporation.  The
Landlord, Prologis, was internally represented by Cody Riles.
