Texas — November 12, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 26,120 square foot industrial
lease at 3615 Pipestone Road, Dallas, Texas.  Scott Alexander and Ken Wesson represented
the Tenant, Rudolph Foods Company, Inc.  Carter
Crow, with Younger Partners, represented the Landlord, Billingsley Company.
