Texas — November 15, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 20,471 square foot industrial sale
at 2605 Northaven Road, Dallas, Texas. 
Nathan Denton with Lee & Associates represented the Seller,
McGray Group II, LLC.  The Buyer, Environmental Logistics, was represented
by Tracy Peterson with ReMax DFW.
