McKinney, Texas — December 12, 2013 — Lee & Associates has completed a 28,356 square foot industrial lease at 1602 Lavon Drive, McKinney, Texas.  Mark Graybill and Erik Murray represented the Tenant, Beacon Sales Acquisition, LLC.  David Cox, with Carey Cox Company, represented the Landlord, NLC Asset, LLC.
