Lee & Associates Negotiates a 20,000 square foot Industrial Lease

Grand Prairie, TX – February 20, 2014 — Lee & Associates of Dallas/Fort Worth, a leading national commercial real estate provider has completed a long-term lease for a 20,000 square-foot industrial space located at 913 WN Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Mark Graybill, CCIM, principal and Scott Giordano, associate of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the landlord, BRE/TX Industrial Properties, in this deal. The tenant, Recovercare, a leading provider of support surfaces and safe patient handling equipment, was represented by Brian Ritchie with PointLine, Inc.
