Lee & Associates Negotiates Industrial Leases on Behalf of Chadwell Supply

Coppell, TX — March 3, 2014— Lee & Associates, a leading national commercial real estate provider with regional expertise, has completed a lease for a 60,000 square foot industrial space located at 1111 Executive Drive in Coppell, Texas.

Tom Walrich and Reed Parker of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth, and Billy Snowden of Lee & Associates Atlanta represented the tenant Chadwell Supply, a national provider of apartment maintenance supplies. The landlord, Primera Companies Inc., was represented in-house by Pete Richardson and Drew Richardson.

The trio also represented Chadwell Supply in a 48,458 square foot industrial lease located at 16501 Central Green Boulevard in Houston, Texas.  Ben Newell represented the landlord, IDI Services Group.
