Keller, TX – February 28, 2014 — Lee & Associates of Dallas/Fort Worth, a leading national commercial real estate provider has completed a long-term lease for a 20,000 square-foot industrial space located at 2716 Prestige Road in Keller, Texas.

Mark Graybill, CCIM, principal and Scott Giordano, associate of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the tenant, Beacon Sales Acquisition, a national supplier of residential and commercial roofing products. The landlord, E&L Holdings, LLC, was represented by Michael Newsome with NAI Robert Lynn Company.
