Lee & Associates Negotiates a 630,000 square foot Industrial Lease

Dallas, TX — February 12, 2016 — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a lease transaction for a 630,000 square feet of space located at 1 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX with Niagara Bottling, who will use the facility to distribute its water and flavored drinks to the contiguous 48 states.
