Rexing Farms, LLC purchased a 137,507 SF cold storage warehouse & distribution facility located at 4501 Hitch-Peters Road, in Evansville, Indiana.  Stan Elser and Jim Karozos of Lee & Associates - Indianapolis, Inc. represented the Seller, Reyes Properties, LLP.  The Buyer was unrepresented in the transaction.
