LEE & ASSOCIATES NEGOTIATES THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF A 6,581 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE CONDO

IRVINE, Calif.—March 30, 2011—Lee & Associates, the fourth largest full-service commercial brokerage company in the nation, has completed the purchase and sale of a 6,581-square-foot office condo at 17500 Red Hill Avenue in Irvine, California.  The condo is part of the larger project, Red Hill Corporate Center, and sold for $1,184,580 ($180 PSF) to the buyer, who purchased the condo as an investment. 

Senior vice presidents, Brian Garbutt and Sean Ahern represented both the buyer, American Estate & Trust, and the seller, BKM Development Company, LLC in the transaction.  In addition, they completed six transactions in sixty days at this project.
