LEE & ASSOCIATES COMPLETES $1.2 MILLION INDUSTRIAL OFFICE LEASE ON BEHALF OF CIP CENTERPOINTE 123 LLC

IRVINE, California—July 22, 2009 Lee & Associates, the fourth largest full-service commercial brokerage company in the nation, has completed a five-year lease for 10,342 square feet of office space located at 19732 MacArthur Boulevard in Irvine, California.  The value of the lease is approximately $1.2 million.

Brian Garbutt, senior vice president of Lee-Associates, Irvine, Inc., represented the landlord, CIP Centerpointe 123 LLC, a full service real estate investment and management company based in Irvine, California specializing in the acquisition, development, repositioning, and management of office, business and industrial business parks throughout California and Nevada.  The tenant, TC3 Health, Inc. (Total Claims Capture & Control), was represented by Jeff Eales of Birtcher Anderson Properties, Inc. TC3 provides health care payers with a total claims management solution that seamlessly and electronically integrates internal claim management systems with external loss control programs.
