The 52,630 square foot industrial building at 12393 Slauson Avenue in the city of Whittier has been leased.  The lessor was Oliaie Slauson, LLC and the lessee was Southern California Material Handling, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America in the $4,888,000 lease transaction that was signed in March.
