The 29,040 square foot retail location at 8956 Warner Avenue in Fountain Valley has been leased by Smart and Final for its newest Orange County store. The lessor was A & J Investments of Hermosa Beach in the 15 year lease. The new location is scheduled to open late summer 2014.
