GL Franklin LLC, a specialty cabinet manufacturing company, purchased the property for expansion of its business and will be relocating from its current location in Costa Mesa, CA. The property was ideally suited for the Buyer’s business with heavy power, an upgraded fire sprinkler system, a 5-ton crane, and a concrete paved parking area. The property was unlisted and the sale was made possible by an inter-office networking team at Lee & Associates-Newport Beach.
