Senior Vice Presidents David Romero and John Martin of Lee & Associates-Newport Beach represented the Buyer, Manouch Moshayedi. The waterfront property, located at 2523-2537 West Coast Highway in Newport Beach, is comprised of three (3) separate commercial buildings on two (2) parcels. The existing retail buildings are currently 100% leased along with several boat slips. The inland property, located at 2436 West Coast Highway in Newport Beach, is a commercial office building.

The Seller operated one of Newport Beach’s highest rated yacht charter services. Charter Yachts of Newport Beach was founded by the Goodin family in 1992.  David and John have shared a long-standing relationship as the Buyer’s leasing agents for the past 12 years.  John Martin and David Romero also represented the Buyer, Manouch Moshayedi, in purchasing the neighboring properties located at 2001, 2101, 2201, and 2200 West Coast Highway in 2016.  All told these properties have a combined total value of over $100,000,000.
