Grant Fulkerson Ranks Among Top 10 Producers at Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura

CALABASAS, CA – April 7, 2011- Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, Inc. named its top 10 performing brokers for 2010, an annual award that recognizes those who excelled in sales and lease transactions.

Principal Brett Warner, who specializes in industrial sales and leasing, was named “Top Broker”; followed by Principals and multifamily specialists Jim Fisher and Craig Stevens in Lee’s Sherman Oaks office; John Battle, SIOR, a Principal specializing in investment brokerage based in Calabasas; Principals and office specialists Marc Spellman and Mark Leonard in Calabasas; Jay Martinez, Principal specializing in investments in Sherman Oaks; Principal and office specialist Scott Romick in Sherman Oaks; Principal and multifamily specialist Mike Smith, Sherman Oaks; and Grant Fulkerson, an industrial specialist who was named Top Associate and elevated to Principal status.

Rookie of the Year, which recognizes a first year associate, went to Eric Nishimoto, an investments broker in Calabasas.
