Aldabella Custom Crush Winery & Storage to Establish its First Headquarters Location

 

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA – Oct. 31, 2012 – Gary Cohen, a Principal of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, has transacted a 14,065-square-foot industrial purchase to establish the first permanent headquarters for Aldabella Custom Crush Winery & Storage.

The property, suites 201 and 202 at 31111 Via Colinas in Westlake Village, CA, was acquired for $2, 210,000.

“The acquisition will enable Aldabella to provide clients with wine storage as well as custom crushing, and to hold wine tastings and special events centrally located to its clientele,” said Cohen, who represented the buyer in the transaction.

The high cost of building new wineries, the desire to try out new varietals before committing and the rise of the virtual brand has made custom crushing one of the hottest new segments of the wine industry, attracting a growing number of grape growers who contract with the custom crusher for limited quantity wine production, bottling and storage.
