Prominent Industrial Broker Scott Caswell Joins Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura

LOS ANGELES – Aug. 31, 2016 – Scott Caswell, a prominent industrial broker in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, has joined Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura as a principal effective immediately.

Caswell, who will continue to specialize in industrial and commercial brokerage at Lee, was formerly with Delphi Business Properties where he earned Broker of the Year honors in nearly every one of his 29 years there.

Caswell noted that the decision to make a move after nearly three decades was a difficult one.

“As my clients’ businesses have grown and expanded -- in some cases outside the Los Angeles area -- it became clear that I needed to offer them a larger platform and a broader array of services,” Caswell said. “Lee has more than 50 offices across the country, and just as important, the company maintains the kind of entrepreneurial approach to real estate that makes it a good fit for my clients and a relatively seamless transition for me.”

Caswell began his commercial real estate career as a real estate analyst for Ashwill Burke & Company while working his way through college. He joined Delphi in 1987 and since then, has specialized in all aspects of the industrial and commercial real estate market. Over the past two decades he has closed nearly 13 million square feet of transactions with a value in excess of $655 million.

He is based in Lee’s Calabasas, CA office.
