COVINA, California – January 6, 2012 – Lee & Associates Ontario, the Inland Empire office for Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, brokered a $2.5 million sale of Edna Grandview Business Park, located at 525-601 E. Edna Park Place in Covina, California.

Todd Launchbaugh, a principal and senior vice president of Lee & Associates’ Ontario office and Justin Leewood, an associate, represented the undisclosed seller of the 61,175 square foot multi-tenant industrial park.  George Robins of George Robins Real Estate represented the buyer, Cobblestone Properties, LLC.

“This property will consist of five buildings and 18 units, will be a pure investment to the buyer.  Tenants will most likely be light industrial, such as machine shops and contractors,” said Launchbaugh.
