 Long Beach, CA – July 30, 2018—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has closed a $6 Million sales transaction for a 19,720 SF retail plaza located at 1710-1772 Clark Avenue, Long Beach, California.
