LEE & ASSOCIATES NEGOTIATES $1.1 MILLION RETAIL SALE TRANSACTION

MURRIETA, Calif.—Jan. 3, 2011— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has closed a $1.17 million sale on a 9,028 square foot retail building located at 26891 Jefferson Avenue, in Murrieta, Calif.

Marc Dudzik of Lee’s San Diego-North office represented the buyer, O’Reilly Automotive, Inc. in the transaction.
