LEE & ASSOCIATES NEGOTIATES $1.8 MILLION NET LEASED RETAIL SALE

CAPE CORAL, Florida—April 9, 2011— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has closed a $1.8 million sale (8.25% Cap) on a 8,960-square-foot Dollar General store located at 1523 Tropicana Parkway, in Cape Coral, Florida.

Greg Pieratt of Lee & Associates-North San Diego County represented the California based buyer, James Morentin, in the transaction.
