Lee & Associates Negotiates $2.1 Million Industrial Sale Transaction

VISTA, Calif.— Jan. 3, 2012— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has closed a $2.1 million sale on a 25,198-square-foot industrial building located at 1211 Liberty Way in Vista, Calif.

 

 Rusty Williams and Kyle Bowlsby of Lee’s San Diego-North office represented the seller, 1211 Liberty Way, LLC, in the transaction. Adam Robinson, Isaac Little and Marko Dragovic, also of Lee & Associates-North San Diego County represented the buyer, Two D Property Management, LLC.
