Lee & Associates Closes Four Transactions in Venture Commerce Center

OCEANSIDE, Calif. — Feb. 26, 2012— Lee & Associates and Voit Real Estate Services sold one industrial unit and three office units in the Venture Commerce Center located at Ocean Ranch Blvd. in Oceanside, Calif. in the 1st Quarter of 2012.

 
Rusty Williams, a principal with Lee & Associates’ North San Diego County office in Carlsbad, and Randy LaChance and Todd Holley of Voit Real Estate Services, negotiated the sales of the 2,751-square-foot industrial building located at 3640 Ocean Ranch Blvd. for $272,438; the 2,012-square-foot office building located at 3624 Ocean Ranch Blvd. for $190,000; the 1,303-square-foot office building located at 3636 Ocean Ranch Blvd. for $190,000; and the 1,297-square-foot office building located at 3622 Ocean Ranch Blvd. for $140,000.

 

The properties were REO’s by Lehman Brothers and were assigned to LB/VCC Oceanside LLC, a receiver appointed by the bankruptcy court.

Lee & Associates and Voit Real Estate Services have co-listed the Venture Commerce Center project since July of 2011.
