Lee & Associates Negotiates $1.92 Million 15-Year Retail Lease

LAKESIDE, Calif.— April 23, 2012 — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a 15-year lease of a 6,600-square-foot retail space located at 9732-9738 Winter Gardens Blvd., Lakeside, Calif.  The value of the lease is approximately $1,928,361.60. 

Marc Dudzik, a principal with the Lee & Associates-North San Diego County office represented the tenant, O’Reilly Auto Parts. The landlord, Mar, LLC, was represented by Kipp Gstettenbauer of Cushman & Wakefield of San Diego, Inc.
