Lee & Associates-San Diego County Negotiates $3.3 M Sale of Arrowhead Health Center

Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional offices nationwide, has closed a $3.3 million sale-leaseback (7.9 percent cap rate) on an 11,350-square-foot freestanding Arrowhead Health Center building.

Ryan Barr and Ryan Bennett of Lee & Associates’ North San Diego County office represented the private buyer in the transaction. The private seller was represented by Marc Bonilla of Colliers in Scottsdale, Ariz. “This purchase was an opportunity for our investor to obtain not only a well located asset but, an opportunity to work with a highly reputable tenant with a proven track record for success in the Arizona market,” said Bennett.

Located at 2629 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Ariz., this property is a new strategic satellite facility for Arrowhead Health and houses an ambulatory surgical center. The buyer was an out-of-state private investment firm who paid the full $3.3 million in cash.
